COVID-19 Updates

Village of Tobaccoville, NC

While COVID-19 remains a threat throughout Forsyth County, the Village of Tobaccoville is exercising additional measures and guidelines to ensure the safety of our community. We have postponed all Committee meetings through the month of April. We are limiting public access to Village Hall unless the situation is critical. If you have a concern please contact us by phone or by email. Our Village Park grounds will remain open at this time, but our restroom facilities, playgrounds (including tennis and basketball courts) are closed at this time and will remain closed until further notice. We are not accepting any future reservations for our shelters or community center at this time. All Village Park and Recreation events announced in the newsletter have been cancelled through the end of May. We will use our website and our face book page to disperse helpful information to our residents. We will continue municipal services to our residents unless the CDC, state, or local health department indicates that we need to limit delivery of these services. We encourage our citizens to follow the directives and guidance of local and national health authorities to do all possible to safeguard against this virus. We will continue to post updates as available.
