The Council of the Village of Tobaccoville called an
emergency meeting at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2018 and approved
a consent to the Forsyth
County Declaration of a State of Emergency. The Tobaccoville
Consent to the Forsyth County Declaration allows the State of Emergency
to apply within the municipal limits of Tobaccoville.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING COLLECTION
The Village of Tobaccoville
provides weekly curbside garbage collection and bi-weekly curbside recycling
collection to residents, businesses, and churches within the Tobaccoville
Village limits under a contract with Foothill Waste Solutions.Recycling
pick up days are every other Wednesday, depending on
the day of the week your garbage is collected. Residents with Monday
(BLUE) garbage collection will receive
recycling service every other Wednesday.
Residents with Tuesday (RED) garbage collection
will receive recycling service every other Wednesday.
The next BLUE recycling days are Wednesday,
September 12th & Wednesday, September 26th. The next RED
recycling days are Wednesday, September 5th and Wednesday, September
